The beer is delivered in a plastic polypin with a built in tap. The polypin will need to stand for 24 hours for the beer to settle before it is drunk - it will then normally keep for 4-5 days at room temperature. Full instructions are provided with the beer. Please allow at least 1 week before ordering.

A full flavoured, fruity premium beer with hints of butterscotch, carefully balanced with bitterness from Fuggles, First Gold and Herzbrucker Haler hops. Winner of the Best Beer in Festival at the Cumbria Food & Drink Festival at Rheged in May 2004.
